• Q:  Can I buy the materials to the class, without attending the seminars?

A:  So many people have asked this question, that we will offer the classes on CDs starting mid-March 2010 as a set or on each topic.  Check out the Products section for more details.  We're adding more content all the time.

• Q:  If I buy a class can I reschedule it for later, due to schedule conflicts?

A:  Absolutely, as long as you pay, you can take the missed class anytime during the following 12 months.

• Q:  How does your money back guarantee work?

A:  If you are not completely satisfied after taking the class, you may return the materials for a full refund within 30 days.  No questions asked.  Period.  The guarantee is so good, why would you not try it out? 

• Q:  Do I have to stay at the hotel?

A:  We are currently offering the classes in four cities in Texas with the primary intent to not have to stay at a hotel.  However, most of hotels selected are affordable and low cost to allow you the opportunity to meet other people outside of class.  However, hotel stay is not required.

• Q:  What methods of payment do you take?

A:  On Eventbrite, we take MC, Visa, Amex, & Discover.  At the door, not available in all classes, we take Mastercard & Visa.  Up to week before classes begin, we can take check or money order mailed to the address listed on the contact page.  However, we cannot guarantee a space with check or money order until five days after receipt of payment.

• Q:  Can I bring a guest, friend or girlfriend to class?

A:  Contact the speaker, 3 days before class.  If there is room, we have no problem with you bringing a guest.  Your guest will not be given course material, but sometimes have a second pair of ears helps.  Please understand some of these classes are small in boardrooms the made to seat 8 people and some are large able to accomidate 100s.  We can only allow guests if there is room, please understand if there is no room.

• Q:  I am female, can I take the class?

A:  Originally, I said "no" but this has become less of a problem over time.  Understand class material is geared from the male point of view, but nothing taught or any of the tips could work for either male or female.  If your not intimidated by a room full of guys, please join us.

• Q:  Do you offer classes in other cities, than the four listed in Texas?

A:  We started in Texas since we have more experience here--although the techniques used are not Texas specific.  However, we are looking to expand.  Please submit your location and other arrangements can be made.
